- Orders will be dispatched only after successful confirmation.

- For prepaid orders, payment is completed at the time of placing the order.
- Once an order is confirmed and processed, it is considered a final commitment from the customer.

- Customers are requested to be available during delivery and respond to courier calls.
- In case:
- The customer does not accept the order, or
- The customer is unreachable, or
- The customer refuses the order at the time of delivery
π The order may be cancelled without any refund.
π¦ Return to Origin (RTO) Cases
- If the order is returned back to us due to:
- Non-acceptance
- Incorrect details
- No response from the customer

- No refund will be issued
- The customer will not be eligible to claim a replacement or adjust the same payment for another order

- Estimated delivery time is 5β10 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
